General Assembly and Statutes

Each full member has one vote in the General Assembly. Associated members and sustaining members, on the other hand, are not eligible to vote. The responsibilities of the General Assembly include, among others, the election of a chairperson, the approval of the actions of the Executive Board, the election of six of the Steering Committee’s members, revisions to the statutes and defining the membership fees.
